Will definately stay again. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked 2 rooms, a 1 bedroom suite and a king studio. The living room area in the king studio was a bit small, but better when we did a little rearranging. The 1 bedroom suite was missing the chair, so seating wat limited to only the small sofa in the living room area. But overall for the price we couldn’t be happier. Already making plans for next year. Will try out the larger loft suite then.

I have stayed at the Clemantine hotel 5 times now and have loved it every time except for when I went this year in January. When we went our stay wasn’t as enjoyable as all the other stays we have had. Don’t get me wrong I love Disneyland so much and our stay was still good. For starters, the breakfast was really messy and boring this time. It had the same things every single day, Ham, eggs and waffles. Also every day they would have something a little different for breakfast like wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese. As an 11 year old that is not what I want for breakfast and even my parents did not enjoy the breakfast. I have a tip for you all, make sure you ask for a room at the top!! why? it is way bigger. Every year we usually get a room at the top but this year for the first time we got one at the bottom. the bedroom is way smaller and so is the bathroom. we barely had any walking space in the kitchen and living room little area. If I was at the top we would have had way more room. I’m giving this a 3 out of 5 because I know this place is nice and I have seen the nice bit but this time really disappointed my family. Next time we go we might try a different hotel! One more tip if any of you reading this have kids or just like this make sure youllok for the Pac Man machine in the lobby!

One negative…..we had to leave. We will be back for sure.

We loved the easy walkability to the Disney properties (less than a mile), the layout of our particular unit for 6 people, and that our request for a downstairs unit was honored. We had a really good stay at The Clementine!

Judy

This place absolutely amazing. I love it. Definitely recommend. Food was amazing for breakfast. Thank you too the cook for making delicious breakfast every morning. I’m definitely coming back again.

The cook Ofelia had amazing food. Love the greetings in the morning. Amazing hotel. I’d Recommend to others. I’d would definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality

Wonderful hotel stay! Location, cleanliness, breakfast buffet were all ideal and the entire staff superb!
Noteworthy was the entire breakfast crew, we did not get all their names unfortunately but Mario was delightful and Ophelia’s potatoes were perfectly cooked every day.

The only downgrade to our superior stay was a lumpy bed

Mercer

Everything was amazing. They accommodated all of our needs. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious, every morning something different. Very close walk to Disney or you can grab the shuttle. We will definitely be back!

I was completely blown away. This hotel has many upgrades and surprises and they do not upcharge for parking or the Hot Buffet breakfast, which please all 4 members of my family from my adult son to my picky tween daughter. The beds were so comfortable it was difficult to leave. They provide everything in the kitchen you would need to cook a meal, even a dishwasher and the detergent to run it. The hotel will even fill your kitchen to your specific request. I am a seasoned Disneyland Annual pass holder. We travel from about 100 miles and look forward to the hotel experience as much as the Disney experience and we were not disappointed. Thank you to the staff for making my daughters 12th birthday terrific. We booking again for my husbands 50th birthday the end of March. See you then!!!

As a mom of four kids, this place was super cozy, has great amenities for kids in different age groups, super friendly staff, okay breakfast buffet, and extra clean. Definitely booking here again. Special thanks to Ofelia, Veronica, Lucero, Maria & Ricardo.

Breakfast and staff was wonderful; especially Lucy. She was very helpful and was on top of cleaning table so we could sit and enjoy our meal. Thank you!

We love the Clementine. We have stayed there many times over the years. We love the kitchenettes and how clean the rooms are. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are always friendly and nice. On our recent visit Mario handled a difficult situation with an unwanted guest at breakfast with professionalism. He was very polite and remained calm. Good job, Mario. We will be back soon.

Julie Anderson

Love the room. Very spacious and clean. Mario from the breakfast area went above and beyond on his service. Definitely will come back here every time we come to Disneyland.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights because it was an affordable and in walking distance of Disneyland. Clementine did not disappoint! Our studio suite was the perfect size, with cute decor and all of the amenities we could need. The free breakfast was convenient and offered decent options. Staff were polite and helpful! The gentleman at the front desk on 5/9 helped us check-in early after – 7+ hour flight. Another employee, Mario, asked about our trip on our last day and took away our dirty plates at breakfast, which was very kind as it is a self-serve buffet style thing. Overall very happy with our stay and would come back again!

Great Disneyland area hotel for family of 5 adults. I was really hoping for a suite hotel that would allow us to spend family time together and the 2 bedroom suite really met that desire. Everything was clean with fresh paint, comfortable living room furnishings and the master bath seemed brand new! Ate a take-out dinner the first night at the dining room table with chairs for five. The breakfast was well stocked every morning and the eggs were real eggs! The parks are a short 10-minute walk. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and parking is literally right outside of the door.

Love the Hotel

I love staying at this hotel when we are going to Disneyland. They have a great breakfast! All the staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and clean. You can buy tickets for a small price for a shuttle that will pick you up at the hotel and take you to Disney and go back and forth all day. The shuttle is very prompt and the drivers are friendly as well. My husband came later and did not take the shuttle, he decided to walk. He said its a short walk to Disneyland, so location is great as well. No extra fee for parking!

All of our needs were met! We stayed in the bi-level penthouse suite, which worked out perfectly for our 4 adults and 1 child. It was great to have a full-size fridge and coffee pot. Our room was kept clean, our beds were comfy, the water pressure was good, the service was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, wading pool, hot tub, kid’s playground, kid’s coloring table, breakfast bar, and store.

We will recommend Clementine Inn & Suites to all. The customer service was top-notch (and this is coming from someone who has trained 100’s of people in what customer service/hospitality should be like). Well done!

Stayed in a one room suite.
Felt like we were at home instead of a hotel.
Friendly staff.
Full kitchen a bonus for our family (2 parents, 2 kids, 2 grandparents).
Buffet breakfast was great.
ART made transportation to Disney easy.
Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet.
Will stay here again.

Booked the studio suite for a few nights.

Pros:
-Comfortable living, bedroom, and kitchen space.
-Average quality hotel breakfast
-Clean in the places where it matters most.
-A few blocks from Disneyland

Cons:
-Very weak to no wifi signal in my room. Reported this twice to front desk with no resolution.
-Tight bathroom; barely enough room to open/close the door without hitting the toilet.
-Only one spare power outlet by the bed.
-Room was unwelcomely entered and cleaned after I posted a do not disturb/clean sign on the door.
-Pillow cases were changed and dirty ones were left on my luggage.
-dead mosquito found in room’s coffee pot

Henry Q.

Great location. Good beds. Ceiling fan, nice. Bi-level or above recommended for space. Tight bathroom but workable. Faucet controls on showers a bit strange. Floors creek a bit. Maids were awesome. Front desk staff helpful. No coffee table in LR area? You’ll see what I mean. Dishwasher had a little leak. Clean room. Breakfast in the AM, huge money saver and pretty good, you’ll get the drill after a day. And you can bring the food back to the room. Just ask for a tray they don’t have them out. Needs a tiny bit of attention on the linoleum in bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. 24 hr Market, life saver. Laundry area a plus. Pool, with kids okay…Without-just saying-sketchy water. Would go right after they cleaned it. And in all fairness, it is Disney, most hotels probably have this problem. Shuttle, pricey. Just Uber or taxi, it’s faster and easier. Doesn’t feel like a hotel, which is great. Had a lovely time.

Great place! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and the kitchenette proved VERY useful! Worth the money, especially when booking for a disneyland trip! Saved so much money being able to cook dinner at our hotel and prepare our own lunches! The breakfast provided is basic cafeteria food, but was good. There was something for everyone. Even my picky 4 and 7yr olds found something they liked! The room was like staying in an apartment. Didnt feel like a hotel at all. They also offer military discounts, which made it much more afordable! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Anaheim! My only complaint when booking is they didn’t tell me about the additional $40 hold once you arrive. Its not a large ammount of money, but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Other then that, overall a great experience. Recommending this hotel to my friends who are traveling to disneyland this summer.

Excellent place to stay! Breakfast was awesome, and their kitchen staff were absolutely wonderful!! Very impressed with how they kept up with the waves of people. House keeping was also awesome, very clean rooms! All the staff we interacted with were great and accommodating! We were very pleased with the location, took us less then 15 minutes to walk to Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again!

Okay the rooms are not as nearly nice as the pictures, HOWEVER, they are perfect for blue collar families with kids. They are clean, the sheets smell amazing. The big plus here is the customer service. I have NEVER seen better customer service. The staff goes out of their way to take care of guests at every turn. Because the place is not fancy, shmancy, it is relaxed and the kids can be kids. Andy at the front desk is a hero, that guy rocks his job!!! The breakfast buffet is fabulous. Beware of the co ed bathroom near the dining room… no doors on the stall and I got walked in on by a man. Apparently there is a sign that says lock the door but I missed it. The faucet in the shower is a 2 part thing that makes no sense, hated that thing. All in all it is a great family place, fair value.

Stayed here in April 2019.

Pros:
Full kitchen.
Full breakfast.
Laundry which takes credit cards and only $1 per load.
About a 10 minute walk to Disneyland.
Friendly staff.
Pool area was decent.
Grounds were pretty.
Small store for food, drink and some essentials.
Free parking.

Cons:
Mattresses could be better for comfort.
Rooms were old and definitely need updates (window ledges were black and dirty).
Bottom level 1 bedroom suite felt dark and dungeon like.
We could hear a child jumping off the bed repetitively upstairs so the sound proofing could be better.
Full breakfast isn’t open early on the weekends (Sat/Sun 7am-10am…Mon to Fri is 6:30am – 9:30am) but Disney has the magic morning on Saturdays which opens at 7am so the breakfast time should accommodate that as it is a Disney hotel.
No bacon in the breakfast only sausage (lol).
No free shuttle service (would have cost about $15 USD per day for a family of 4) which is ridiculous.
Hot water was only warm in the shower.
Pool temperature was a bit too warm.
Cement pad outside our door was dirty and had an old spill that could have easily been hosed off as well as there were empty supply boxes left there.

We enjoyed our stay but this hotel could easily up their game.

Great Time

We had a Great Time at the Residence Inn Main Gate in Anaheim. Staff was Great! we were there for my wife’s 50th birthday and had family time at Disney. The people at the hotel were all amazing and made us feel very welcome. When we go back to Disney, we plan on staying there again.
Dulce, the breakfast host, amazing person…..

The hotel is slightly dated and worn. However, the rooms were big enough for what we needed and the full kitchen with all of the utensils, serving ware and pans was a definite bonus. The rooms were cleaned daily and were cleaned well. The breakfast buffet was good, though they do need to keep a better eye on the food. Often items were out and we had to wait for it to be replenished. The ART stop was close and easily accessible. Overall, we would choose to stay here again.

Me and my family love it, good location, good breakfast, good prices and it’s very clean thank you

My fiancé and I had a great week at The Clementine. They had a wide variety of food for breakfast. All of the rooms had a kitchen that came in handy. The workers were very polite (Mario specifically was really nice and informative about what we should check out on our trip). If I were to critique anything, I would just suggest that in the breakfast line to make breakfast burritos, put the tortillas by the plates at the beginning of the line, not at the end of the line. The lines get pretty crazy at breakfast, and every time we had to stand in line to grab a tortilla and then walk to the back of the line again and wait to put all of the toppings on our burrito. Also, our toilet pressure for our room was extremely low. Not sure if that is the case for every room, though. Other than those couple of minor issues, we had such a good time!

The Clementine hotel was beautiful! And it’s within walking distances to Disneyland. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Two employees that stood out was Dulche a sweet lady that greeted us on our way to breakfast. Mario a nice gentleman always greeted and asked us how was our day and recommend great places to visit. At the end of our visit he gave us all my family and I got chocolate with whip cream and caramel drizzle. The experience at this hotel was amazing and we will certainly be back soon!

Alexa deserves a Gold Star. She’s friendly and has been amazing throughout our stay. She helped us out with our reservation (we added 1st and last night of stay from original Reservation). GM should buy her a lunch :).

Andy and Suzanne were very helpful as well. Housekeepers did a great job each time we asked them to clean our room – thank you!

We’re still here one more night due to depart Saturday the 17th and we’re enjoying our stay because everyone from Clementine Hotel Team has been wonderful. Keep up the great work!

I have been staying here since 2015, of course at different dates. There are many pluses for staying here. The staff members are always very happy to help if you happen to have a problem with your room. let us face it, just like at home something can go wrong. If you decide to try out this hotel I believe that you will be glad you did!

Jim Sherwood

We’ve been staying at this suite since 2005. This was our favorite place to stay at when we went to Disneyland. It used to be owned by Residence Inn by Marriott. And Marriott did a fabulous job maintaining the facility & their customer service was also great! It’s no longer a Marriott now it’s called Clementine Suites. My family was disappointed to see the facility is looking a bit run down. The shower in our room was hideous. The tales and the shower need to be remodeled. The outside of the entire hotel needs to be painted. Come on Clementine management it’s all about appearance. You have a lot of competition In your area. You need to care about your suites/outdoor appearance.

I do have to say the customer service was fabulous. Everyone was friendly & professional. I saw many happy faces. I can tell they enjoy working there. Take care of your employees.

MJ

Amazing vacation, thank you Clementine! Highly recommend, the accommodations are perfect, the staff makes you feel like family, especially Mario and Dulce, always helpful and smiling. And thank you to the sweet front desk, perfect vacation!

We stayed December 2-5, 2019 in the loft suite that had one king , two queen and a double sofa bed. Five adults, one child. The sofa bed was broken so we had to Macguyver it but we got it to work. There was plenty of space and having two bathrooms was super helpful! It also had a full kitchen. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing; different every day and very good and they also didn’t mind you taking it back to your room. They also included tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, apple juice and orange juice with breakfast. They have an outdoor heated pool, kiddie pool and six person hot tub with pool towels available. The laundry facility was clean and $1.25 per load which I thought was very reasonable. Great place. 25 minute walk to the Disneyland gate. 1/2 a block to Garden Walk. We would definitely stay here again!

I have been staying here even before Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim took over. It is home sweet home for my family. Over the years there has been a few problem which were taken care of in a timely matter. One time when we were staying in the loft room the entrance door lock would not work. Maintenance was summoned he came with his ladder found an open window climbed in open the door then changed the lock! All good. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET BACK TO MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! Everyone that works there are CLASS ACT EMPLOYEES.
