Location, access & distance to Disneyland

How close is Clementine Hotel & Suites to the Disneyland Resort and California Adventure?
Both parks are walking distance from the hotel, around .5 miles.

How long does it take to walk from the hotel to the Disneyland Resort?
It can take between 10-20 minutes to walk to both parks.

What is the hotel address?
Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim address is 1700 S Clementine St, Anaheim, CA 92802.

How do I get to the hotel from LAX or John Wayne Airport?
We recommend booking a ride with Karmel Shuttle to take advantage of our guest’s discounts. If you prefer to have your own vehicle, car rentals are available at the airport. For those flying into LAX, Aerolink also offers a reliable shuttle service. Finally, Uber and Lyft are both available in this region.

Is Clementine Hotel & Suites located near Anaheim GardenWalk, restaurants and shopping options?
Yes, Clementine Hotel & Suites is located right across the street from GardenWalk and is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.

Parking, transportation & shuttles

Is parking included with my stay at Clementine Hotel & Suites, and how many vehicles are covered per suite?
The cost of parking is covered under our Resort Fee, $30/night plus tax for 1 vehicle per studio and one bedroom suite, 2 vehicles for bi-level lofts and Two-bedroom suites

Do you offer a shuttle or transportation options to Disneyland and local attractions?
We do not currently offer any shuttle service to Disneyland or local attractions.

Can guests arrive early and park before check in on the day of arrival?
Yes, we have parking options available.

Suites, kitchens & in room amenities

What types of suites are available and how many guests can each suite accommodate?
We have four main types of suites, Studio Suites can accommodate up to 4 people, One Bedroom Suites can accommodate up to 6 people, Bi-Level Loft can accommodate up to 8 people, Two Bedroom Suites can accommodate up to 8 people.

Do all suites include a full kitchen, and what appliances and cookware are provided?
Yes, all suites have full kitchens with full sized appliances, pots, pans, plateware, and silverware are provided.

Are the suites non smoking?
All suites are non-smoking.

Are there are connecting rooms at the property?
We do not offer connecting rooms. We do offer our two-bedroom and bi-level loft suites for larger families.

Which accessible features are available in the suites for guests with disabilities?
ADA Grab Bars and Roll in showers are available in ADA studio suites.

Check in, check out & policies

What are the check in and check out times at Clementine Hotel & Suites?
Check-in time is at 4:00pm and Check-out time is at 11:00am.

Is early Check in or late check out available and are there additional fees?
Yes, both early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated based upon availability for an additional charge.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy and how can I modify an existing reservation?
There are different cancellation guidelines depending on the rate program that you book. In general, standard rates allow cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival while Advance Purchase bookings would not allow for cancellation.

Breakfast, amenities & on property experiences

Is breakfast included with my stay and what type of breakfast does the hotel offer?
Breakfast is covered by our resort fee and we offer a full, hot American breakfast buffet.

What recreational amenities does Clementine Hotel & Suites offer?
Clementine Hotel & Suites has a pool, hot tub, children’s wading pool, and a sports court equipped for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, or badminton. Sporting equipment can be borrowed from the front desk. We also have an indoor playroom and an outdoor playground.

Is there on site laundry?
There is onsite laundry that is credit card operated.

Are there barbecue areas or outdoor spaces guests can use during their stay?
Yes, there is a BBQ area and a kid’s playground all on the premise.

Pets, family stays & accessibility

Is Clementine Hotel & Suites a pet friendly hotel and what are the pet fees and policies?
Yes, pets are allowed, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $250. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per room with a 75 lb. weight limit.

What amenities and services make the hotel a good choice for families visiting Disneyland?
Clementine Hotel & Suites is the perfect choice for families thanks to our large, spacious suites, make your own waffle bar at breakfast, kids’ playroom with games and books, our pool area with a large pool, a children’s wading pool, and a spa.

What accessible features are available in public areas such as parking, lobby, paths and pool?
This property meets all ADA requirements throughout the property and features ADA rooms, ramps up to the room, handicap parking spots, and pool chairlifts.
